We all hear our inner critic that seems to have power to bring fear, guilt, and shame into our lives. “You’re too shy; you’re not good enough.” We will look at conscious strategies from a Jungian perspective to help integrate these split-off parts of ourselves and bring greater freedom into our lives. Come for a day of healing!
