Creativity is a Form of Prayer: Card Making
Saturday, April 25, 2025
9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Sister Kathleen Branham & Joan Horner
$50 with lunch
Creating something with your own hands and heart is a wonderful way to journey toward God. It expresses what lies deep within that words can’t often express. The intention of the act of creating is to open one’s heart to listening to God and allowing God to speak through the creative piece. If we take something we love to do and invite God into the midst of the activity, that experience can be transformed and used to develop an ever-closer relationship with God. This invitation becomes a sacred moment of connectedness with our Creator. It becomes another form of prayer!

By gently recognizing and integrating these “shadow” aspects, we move toward greater wholeness, self-awareness, compassion, and inner peace — inviting what has been hidden into the light. |
