We will explore our inner darkness by embracing our negative shadow, which includes our depressed thoughts and fears. This requires a dropping down into the unpleasant regions of our being in order to find inner freedom. We will also meet our golden shadow that is our giftedness. Using Jung’s description of his own journey to meet his shadow, written in his Red Book, we will be able to facilitate our own inner journeys!
