Using the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, we will learn self-care practices to help us transition from winter to spring more gracefully. According to Ayurveda, spring is the season of new life and growth. Taking time for cleansing and nourishing the body and mind during spring is especially beneficial. We’ll be introduced to the Ayurvedic cleansing techniques to prepare ourselves for this season of new beginnings.
