Using the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, we will learn self-care practices to help us transition from summer into fall more gracefully. According to Ayurveda, Autumn is the season of movement and change, which can leave us feeling less stable and ungrounded. Taking
care of ourselves during this seasonal shift is especially important. We’ll be introduced to the Ayurvedic concept of “Dinacharya” or “Daily Routine”, learning practices to support ourselves during thisbeautiful season!
